What a training day is

A certified trainer runs a full day at your facility for up to 20 staff — the escalation curve, the verbal toolkit, and live scenario labs where your people practise on the situations they actually see.

Staff leave activated in the app before they leave the room. Then it's five minutes every morning, and a scored competency check every 30 days that lands in your training file with a date and a name on it.

What it isn't

It isn't a replacement for CPI®, Safety-Care® or Mandt®. We teach prevention and verbal skills only — your certified instructors keep delivering the physical component, and your existing certification doesn't change. We take the fifty-one weeks in between.

The usual questions

  • Cost: $249 per person, all in — the day, twelve months of the app, monthly checks and the dashboard. $199/seat at 100+.
  • Staff time: one day, then five minutes a day and two minutes a month.
  • Evidence: twelve dated competency checks a year per person, printable for surveyors.
  • Lead time: usually three to six weeks out, depending on the trainer calendar.
